Price: $1825 per month ($1325 for rent itself and $500 for Gypsy Lane's condo fees).

Pets are allowed. Smoking (no illegal substances) is allowed only in the living room and dining area, but NOT in the bedrooms

The Rent itself must be paid by the 2nd day of the month, while the Condo Fees must be paid by the 2nd of the month at the Management Office located on the premises.
A 2-month deposit is required on signing of the lease ($3650). After one year, half of that sum will be refunded by the Owner. This requirement is set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Owner will keep one locked closet in the apartment.
Any mail received addressed to the Owner will be scanned and e-mailed in PDF format to the Owner.
The Owner must approve repairs before they are undertaken and comparative cost estimates should be e-mailed to the Owner.
Renters must have Renters Insurance.
